I’m a certified Yoga Instructor based in Sudbury, Ontario. Since 2011, I’ve tapped into the world of yoga, and I’ve been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. I received my 200HR certification in May 2015. Recently I received my Level 2 Usui Reiki certification allowing me to practice distance Reiki.  Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy.
