About the event
This is a 7 week journey through the 7 sacred chakras.
Each week we will be introduced to one of the chakras building from the root and working through to the crown. We will work with asanas, pranayama, meditation, mantras, weekly journal prompts and included will be a 1hr 1:1 distance Reiki session.
There is limited availability for this workshop. Only 7 seats are availble. Currently 1/7 is booked.
